It’s that time of year again!
On Thursday, December 5th, I’ll be doing my annual stint with the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign at Lehman’s Hardware from 10 AM to 12 PM.
I’ll have all three of my books with me, ready to be autographed, while supplies last, and here’s the kicker—if you’d like a copy, you can snag one for a donation of $15, with all proceeds going straight to the Red Kettle Campaign. So swing by, say hi, and help make a difference this holiday season!

🤠Cowboy Christmas Lore: A Festive Flashback…
Did you know cowboys celebrated Christmas on the trail with whatever they could rustle up? They’d string popcorn on the nearest sagebrush, sing carols by the campfire, and whip up flapjacks as Christmas “cake.” Gifts? A new pair of boots or a hand-carved trinket was worth more than gold to those rugged ranch hands.
So, whether you’re kicking up your heels at a holiday hoedown or sipping cider in front of the fire, remember, Christmas is all about simple joys, just like it was for those dusty trail riders.
