Now on to June and summer. Woohoo!

But first a little about May 2022.

Joined about 35+ authors to participate in the Canal Town Book Fest sponsored by the Dover Public Library that they held on May 28th. The event went well, but in the opinion here at the Prickle Forrest Chronicles, it would have probably been more successful, if they had it at the library and not mixed in with the rest of the Canal Town Festival. But live and learn.

Did manage to talk briefly to author Julie Anne Lindsey there who was the special speaker on Friday night to open the Dover Public Library’s event.

And for you Pricklers, an update on the next book coming out in the Whiskey Salvation series is going to be a novella, CHERISHING WHISKEY’S SALVATION. This short comes from Charlie Stockton’s point of view. Gives the reader a dad and husband’s perspective on just what one will do to save the cherished relationships he has with his wife and daughter when he’s pushed into taking a behind the scenes role in rescuing Whiskey’s Salvation. Cherishing Whiskey’s Salvation is scheduled to release in the fall of 2022. In the meantime, if you haven’t picked up a copy of the first book in the series, a limited edition of autographed copies of RESCUING WHISKEY’S SALVATION were on sale Saturday May 28th at the book fest for $10. We are extending the sale for a few more days, so if you missed us there, send an E-mail to Chrissyhartmann requesting one and once we get your payment info we’ll have one in the mail for you soon, real soon. Standard shipping rates will apply, but we don’t ship out of the USA unless you purchase from Amazon and unfortunately those copies are not autographed.
